Our murdered artist hero...ended up on the radar screen in a backwards, redneck little town famous for all sorts of dirty little felony crimes.
1)Kern County is famous for "meth making cops" and RICO felonies, and of course, the usual "stealing and extorting drug money" from dealers, as well as "using snitchs" to move drugs. It happens in every little back woods "redneck Republican enclave."
2)[You should see the file on Sherriff Joe Arpaio in Maricopa County, Arizona. The biggest right wing zealots in copland, are always "the most corrupt" and arrogant criminals running mafia uniformed crime families.]
3) All police forces have "zombie squads" (that's the old word...now they are called "multiple stalker groups"...or US DOJ's "Weed and Seed") made up of frustrated, blue collar, pissed off, warped, cop groupies, ex military fodder, and just about any lowlife, frustrated scumbag that the cops can attract. Usually, they are ex military enlisted personnel(peasant minded, pissed off, worthless, cannonfodder, white trash, scum) who "couldn't suck off the government tit" after they flunked out of the police academy for having "personality defects."
4) It's a "stupid, illiterate, frustrated, vigalante dynamic" encouraged by a cop or retired cop or retired fed who "whips his stalker team into a hostile frenzy" on just about anybody "who gets on the radar screen" for being free, different, left wing, long haired, alternative, whatever.
5)The police...supplies the vigalante stalker groups with the CALEA loop bypass (wiretap) and other electronic surveillance equipment and technical expertise. All phone companies hire "retired law enforcement scum" as head of security...which means...cops control the communication network and sell access to their buddies working as private dicks, etc.
6) These illegal surveillances are all "off the books" with little or no paper trail...some of these idiots actually work for free, others get paid ten bucks an hour to do surveillance.
7) When the local prosecutors find out, they will do nothing to "enforce state or federal criminal laws" against "secret police groups" engaged in stalking and constitutional deprivations. These idiots are convinced, "they are saving their community" and "slander and defamation" of the victim is "the fuel to the fire" that the police provide.
8) You have to understand what a prosecutor really is--a grandstanding punk who basks in the glow of public attention for "ridding the community" of a monster while pointing the finger, and playing out the dramas of a Salem Witch Trial curtesy of the "white trash cops" providing suspicion, slander, and defamation. The peasant scum known as the police, learned along time ago that "they can kill someone with slander" and lie about it later with criminal immunity. It happens everyday in America.
9) Prosecutors are just gutless, conformist,copscum with law degrees...and they don't "indict cops" for rape, stalking, aggravated assault, wiretapping,RICO, etc. The cops always "attack the victim with slander" to make sure "felony crimes are easily rationalized." RARELY DOES THE TRUTH EVER GET OUT, AND RARELY IS THERE ANY PROCEDUREAL DUE PROCESS RIGHTS. 99% of all cases are plea bargained out. The police state has made sure that "poor people have no rights" since they can't afford to "fight the government."
10) If you want evidence of "who killed your boy"...check The CALEA equipped loop bypass equipment at the main terminal of the phone company that serviced the victim's account. This CALEA loop bypass is a wiretap and the computer hard disk records "date, time, number bypassed, and number bypassed to." Compare this to state and federal warrants...to prove state and federal felony crimes. Of course, as I said earlier, gutless punk prosecutors don't indict cops, retired cops, snitchs, or anybody "whose on the nazi team."
The victim was "being stalked" with foot, vehicle and electronic surveillance"...and the cops, and retired cops running their vigalante team in Kern County know alot more about it then they have told. Check "MDES" data for all gas stations, quick stops, restaurants, bars, etc. that "the victim stopped at" because "cop stalkers" usually "follow the target into restaurants" and eat across the room from their victim. It gives "stalkers" a special feeling of mastery and control.
11) The phone number of the victim, will be bypassed to the number and address of the guy who ordered the "initial assault" and those goons will be "known associates" of the deputy who executed "the victim." The deputy was in communication with the goons...and came in to finish the job. The usual cop lie is told, "I thought my life was in danger, so I had to kill a beaten unarmed man." It happens everyday in America. Cops always find themselves "in threat of great bodily harm" and "find reasons to shoot unarmed people."
