That question is very broad. The answer truly lies in what you want of this board. I am a collector of many vintage boards,and with each board you have to decide on what you want to do with it. Will you ride it? Hang it? try and sell it?
These are just 3 of many factors to consider. SOmetimes I will do a total restoration if I just want to hang it, or lend it out to a shop/museum..that way it is back to its original splendor, and people can see what it must have looked like coming off the shop floor originally, this will take some value away to some collectors though. There are many options, and I think you just need to dig deep and see what your ultimate goal will be with this fine find.
