Ok, here's my theory. It's agua spelled backwards. Not a typo or baby talk, just a code word for something special to these guys. Brings back a memory I have from the same period, from 1969-1970. Someone would say DENOTS and four of us would simultaneously find an excuse to leave class and head for a secluded location in the high school landscaping. As with the AUGA board, most people didn't have a clue what we were talking about or doing.
