I wish I could say I was the only one who has experienced a panic attack
but I believe that at one time or another everyone has experienced some
level of out of control Panic. I have experienced many but only a few of
great proportion. The vibration of those few remain in my conscious mind
with little effort to recall as if the attack was still happening.
I ask that you be brave and share your experience. I believe that I have discovered something very important here. But I am asking for support
as I had one of these panic attacks of great proportion just a few days ago. Caught in the middle of the ocean. High surf, Heavy winds and Pouring rain.
With no where to go but forward I panicked. I will share more in detail later after I investigate some responses. I will tell you that I managed to pull myself
out of the panic by repeating the phrase "The King has returned"

What circumstances were you facing ? What were you thinking ? What were
you feeling ? What did you think or feel was going to happen to you ?
Finally, What stopped the panic attack ? Can you remember these attacks
in detail and when remembering can it stimulate close to or even another panic attack ?
