 Subject: Calvitt Ballentine 82nd & 101 Airborne in Bast

My father was Calvitt Benjamin Ballentine (1926-1998) and was in the 82nd and 101 Airborne in Bastogne. I have the "NUTS" plaque at home. Some records are missing and Daddy is listed as a CPL when his uniform shows sgt. Also he has a Purple heart on his uniform and there are no records showing this. I have photos of the uniform showing both the 82nd on the left shoulder and the 101 on the right.

Do you have any records etc on my Dad?
