The executive committee considered this request and decided not to allow the self sealing targets, even if they are anchored into the backstop berm. So sorry, but no.
The thinking is we're better off sticking with the standing rules. Paper targets only, with the exceptions of metallic spinners placed only at 100 yards for .22 rimfire only and clay targets in the berm are also OK.
