Effective April 2017, HF&GPA General Membership Meetings are conducted the FIRST MONDAY of every Month.
The change of meeting dates was necessary because financial statements required for the Directors and Officers Meeting previously conducted on the first Monday, were often unavailable until later in the month. Consequently, the Mondays when the Directors and General Meetings were held were swapped.
Only Association Executive Committee members may attend the third Monday Directors meeting unless the President adds you to the meeting agenda. |
