Were it that simple - as simple as violating the Governor's order. Another club tried that and they were fined $35,000. Others have tried and are getting away with reopening in defiance of the Governor's order, but they are not in the City of Phila. and right next door to the police academy, bomb squad, canine, SWAT - Besides the heightened risk of being caught and fined and possibly evicted, we are gun owners and responsible. We do the responsible thing. In light of the fact that the Supreme Court denied the request to halt PA's COVID-19 Order, do you really think us reopening the club ahead of Tom Wolf putting Philadelphia County in Phase Yellow is in any way defensible, legally speaking?

If (and this is a BIG IF), Tom Wolf puts all PA counties into the Yellow Phase on June 4, We should be able to open portions of the outdoor ranges with CDC-type restrictions in place. Keep a good thought and have your mask at the ready.
