 Subject: Weekend Pistol?

Curious what’s the deal with pistol ranges being closed on the weekends.

I know the range is often closed in the AM for competitions. None of them right now.

So I think I missed something. Why isn’t the pistol range open on weekends for the summer? Can pistols be fired on the rifle range during this time?
