Dear Jeff and Tommy,
It was our family’s extreme pleasure to finally meet your family. Thank you so much for dinner. We feel like we have known you guys forever because Bill is always keeping us updated on the Littlefield-Starling happenings. It was so nice to be able to speak about issues that mean so much to us in an unguarded and candid fashion.
What can we say about Carrigan? She has totally captured our hearts. She is glorious and could not have two more loving parents. You all are so blessed to have each other. Jennifer said anytime you need someone to watch Carrigan, she will be there.
Children like Carrigan, Jennifer and Billy, who come from diverse backgrounds, are the people who will guarantee the world’s bright future because the opposition that they endured as children will compel them to develop the character, compassion, tolerance, and inner strength that other ignorant, single-minded people will never have.
It is a shame that so many miles separate us because it would be wonderful to be able to get together more often. We hope that Carrigan has a fantastic first birthday.
