Marcrest is the name given to dinnerware that was manufactured for sale by the Marshall Burns Company in Chicago, Illinois. Many different companies produced the dinnerware including Hull, Royal China USA, Stetson and Western Stoneware Company.

Hope this clears up all the confusion.
