Myspace as a meeting place for Divers & like minded people. Myspace is not just for the young in my opinion it is a great place to exchange your interest and find people of like interest. You might even learn something on the journey of discovery as well as other divers who enjoy and share the underwater world of adventure. I see it as an opportunity to bring more of us together. There are a number of benefits to this including an exchange of ideas as well as a watch dog on the dive industry. I could easily see the site as competition to this one, but I don’t I see it as tool that is like the Marquee to more in detail sites like we hope this one is. It seems to me it can drive people to the informative sites and help exchange information as to great dive operations and the ones to stay away from. I see it as an opportunity for a free market place for an industry that needs stimulation. The great things about divers are they’re from all walks of life and you can’t tell by “just looking at them” so this is another way to bring together more like minded people in the direct view of the public and to me this should bring more people to the sport and site like this one. Only time will tell and until then Dive Safe & Dive Often!
