There have been no reports of problems from business owner's clients with the Protection Plus software. There is one minor item with the new Windows Vista which requires a quick download for the help file to launch from the software. Vista did not include the classic help file launcher but after so many complaints, Microsoft provided a download which corrects the problem.
We have the download available on our site to make it simple. Just go to:

Your clients using Vista have the option to download and install the help file launcher program or simply browse the help online using the link above.
