I am attempting to control a 10kHz circuit using labview. I need to be able to read in a voltage from this circuit using a NI USB-6259 I/O device and then output from the same device per logic of the input. The response to the circuit needs to be as fast as possible. I have written a few VIs and put timing loops in there to detect how fast my loop is running. All evidence points to the fact that a loop can't run much faster than 30Hz when doing a on demand single point acq. Does this sound right or am I missing something? |
