There is no need for a law this should be part of the constitution. Why are there so many unsolved murders in Pennsylvania? What are they doing? This is wrong and people need to start publically protesting the wrong in this state. Where the money is going to the politicians instead of helping the crucial agencies and the families of these horrible actions. But let an agency that is involved in legal abductions of children get funded by these so called politicians. People need to start publically flogging these politicians. It is Time! |
