For the FOURTH time a preliminary hearing for murder was delayed because the defense attorney had other trial committments.
Getting up the emotional courage to face the person who one believes took your loved one's life is not easy. Can I compose myself when I look at this person? Will they show remorse? Will they tell the truth? Will they lie? Will they say anything? What will happen at the hearing?
Each time, one tries to prepare themselves, yet in this case FOUR times the hearing is delayed. Yesterday, the hearing was delayed again. All who had received a subeona were notified of the delay. All authorities had known the hearing would be delayed. ONE party was forgotten! THE family of the young man murdered. They took off work and thought about this upcoming hearing again for days - only to find out that it had been postphoned again.
