Who and What are you talking about Shelly?

People don't get sent to jail because of heresay. They go thru trial and have evidence presented. It is then left to the jury to decide beyond a reasonable doubt that the person is guilty or not. Heresay is not permitted.

I would imagine that people in jail say lot's of things,especially when they want to get out.
