Hi Claudia. Lovely to hear from you. So happy to hear that you're loving the ebook.Unfortunately I don't know annoye in Brisbane. I'm from Sydney. So sorry that I can't be of help there.In regards to what to take everyone is different so our needs are different. Yes it does get quite confusing. The basics I'd recommend are:1: Udo's Oil Blend (for your omega 3, 6, 9, as it is the perfect ratio and a blend of a number of oils from vegetarian source, fish oils are not ideal for a number of reasons;2: a good greens Udo's Choice Green Blend is good, but there are others just as good too. I do tend to love his products though as he is very trustworthy and reputable;3: Maca powder (certified organic) great for hormonal balance, and hormones play such a HUGE part within the entire body with a flow on effect to all other parts;4: Cacao powder (certified organic) a FABULOUS source of a variety of minerals;5: Coconut oil use this for cooking, salad dressings, veggies, or a teaspoon in smoothies.and then depending on how serious you want to take it, every few months (or once a year) you can get a bottle of Aloe Vera Juice, a jar of probiotics and slippery elm powder, for a spring clean of the gut, and the list goes on.
