Each retailer chooses the colors they carry based on their experience for their markets. More porcelain colors will be added over time (and some colors may be "retired"). We are evaluating other materials such as marble and granite; however, many natural stone product have natural fissures and voids that would not be compatible with a floating system.

Not sure what you mean by a "custom process" - if you mean mounting other products to our substrate, the answer is generally "no" - primarily because in the world of tile, a so called 12" tile can be anywhere from 11 3/4" to 12 1/4" (and even broader than that). With the SnapStone system, the tiles are rectified to a very consistent dimension to exactly fit the integrated subfloor component. And there are some other proprietary designs optimizing adhesive performance on the tile backs too. However, for large quantities (tens of thousands of sf), we could develop a custom program. Please clarify and we'll try to address this question.
