Don,

We're disappointed to hear you are seeing scratches. Our apologies for the problem.

What color is your tile? If you still have some tile, it would be helpful to know the serial number from the tile back (ink-jetted on the back of the plastic), and if you still have a package, the lot # listed on the UPC tag. We can work with our tile factory to ensure they are inspecting properly.
