Just wanted to pass on a piece of advise to anyone who might come up with the same bright idea I had....
I began installing the tile in our bathroom today and was speeding right through until I came to the toilet flange area. I planned the tile layout so the flange would be split across two tiles. I have worked with regular ceramic wall tiles before and have gotten used to cutting tiles with a ceramic bit in my Roto-Zip and instinctively grabbed the trusty tool and started cutting. About 1/4" in to the cut is all I got...lol... The Ceramic Bit shattered and the stub end left in the Roto-Zip left a very artfull design on the face of the tile as it skipped across the surface. 1 tile wasted and I was back to the wet saw and nippers....lol
Don't try a Roto-Zip
