Get a friend to help you by walking his dog so you may practice,make sure you are on the "lead" when you are outside with her,so she knows she has to obey you and just correct her everytime she is trying to be aggresive to the other dog or people. Most of our issues come from treating our dogs like human,as we should :) .But then,because of this they think they are in charge,so it will always be a power strugle.Don't get discouraged,she will be fine,the more you practice the exercise,the better you will get at it
