what you are mentioning should be due to the temperament of the dog: it may be corrected with some trainig,which will only be succesful if both of you are consistent and daily sticking to the way you treat him.
Yes,mainly is the owners who have to be trained,and are responsible,unwittingly, for the bad behavior of their kids . I'll help you to train him/you ,but call me after 6:00 PM AND i'll give you some tips and if doesn't work, then we get together to divise a training plan ( not more than a $100 )
