 Subject: Looking for my wife's sister

Hello. She was born November 28, 1959. Her birth name was Kimberly Jean Franzig, but that probably changed. My mother in law gave her up for adoption at the Salvation Army hospital for unwed mothers in St. Paul, MN. Does anyone know if there's a way for my mother in law to access that information if the hospital is no longer there?
