I am looking for my daughters father-joe richard romero-she is asking me to do this for her-she is a nurse & just relocated, so I am retired now & offered to help her. He has not seen her since she was 2 weeks old. He was in the army & I met him in austin, tx. at texas instruments in 1969-she is 38 now. I have found some of his, relatives in ft. hood-killeen, tx, but no address or phone numsbers.any help appreciated.thanks, gayle & lori
