Well, I have read through every possible post on here and haven't seen anything that looks like it would be helpful to me, so...here I go....
I was born Jessica Mary Alice Deuel in Erie, PA on 10-12-1972 to Suzanne Hensley and David D. Deuel. I have my mothers ssn and birthdate...and, since I was adopted into her family (younger sister adopted me), I have information on her family as well. David, however, I haven't any real info on, other than he was 26 when I was born, drove a truck for frozen foods and had family in Erie, PA.
If anyone has any information on either of the two, please contact me. I would love to meet them. And, if you happen the chance to speak with them, please let them know that I am not angry with either one of them...nor do we have to involve the rest of the family with our meeting. I expect nothing from either one of them, yet, am hopeful to get the chance to meet and find out their side of the story. I am not here to judge or to place blame...I would just like to say Hello...maybe sit down for some coffee.
I have been told that Suzanne had a daughter before me named Amiee Elizabeth. She was around 3 years old when I was born, but I haven't a birthdate. She was also adopted, however, I do not know to whom she was adopted to. She may not even know that she was adopted, for that matter. I have been told, however, that she had a different father than I.
Also, I have been told that David contacted my adopted mother in the early 80's...trying to reach me. She didn't allow connection for personal reasons...and I am sorry for this.
I have been searching for nearly 20 years now and haven't had any success...and I have more information than most. Yet, every where I turn ends up with nothing. I have even paid into those fancy search engines and gave them what information that I have...and still nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
