I am searching for a cousin that was given up for adoption. She was born Judith Ann Blackford on 12/19/62 at Maricopa County Hospital in Phoenix, AZ. Her adoption took place in Phoeniz, AZ about Nov 1963 by attorney Gerald Tupper. I was told her adopted parents names were James and Carolyn Ray. She also has a brother born sometime in 1964 also adopted my the same family, possible name given was Lee.
My Aunt (Judith Anns's) bMother is not doing well health wise and her only wish is to just know that her baby girl is OK.
Any help would be appreciated. |
