I called this Phone number and Max Hale had no idea what an Adoption registry is. He also said that the addresses were not correct that were listed. I am looking for my birth parents. I was born 4-18-1979 in Odessa, Tx. Adopted out of SanAntonio,Tx from Methodist Mission home. Please reply.
