In search of background information for my dear friend who has been wanting to know more about her heritage and medical background.
She was born April 9th, 1963 as LaDean Renee Leavy in St. Louis, Missouri. She was born at Barnes Jewish Hospital and was adopted by the Peterson's of Illinois from Illinois Lutheran Welfare Association.
She has a great deal of specifics as far as documentation but that's as far as it goes.
She would love to know if she has any medical issues in her family she should be aware of and also any information on family members would be so appreciated.
