You need an accurate date of birth (dob)and city of birth (POB) in order to post on line. If the birth mother is alive, she can verify the dob through the agency, hospital etc. Contact NJ-DYFS Post Adoption and ask for assistance in determining an accurate dob/pob and if they (DYFS) did a home study. If the birth mother is deceased, provide that information to DYFS. Please note that it is Bergen County (not Bergan). http://www.state.nj.us/njfosteradopt/adoption/registry/ |
