Born in wheeling, w.va probably Wheeling hospital. Feb 8 1936 her birth parents are unknown, attempting to find them or at least find out who they are. I'm her daughter searching for medical history. She was adopted late in life by the Berisford family also of Wheeling, West Virginia. The Berisford family later moved to Jacksonville, Fl. Any help would be appreciated.
