 Subject: seeking 1/2 sister

I am hoping to find a 1/2 sister. "Baby girl Waller' was born in May 1965, in Galveston, TX. Adopted out via a Catholic Priest? Her biological father was Bill Waller, her (my) mother's name was Ruth (Runyon?) I was told the baby girl was born 2-3 months early. I have no other information. Any information or leads would be appreciated. Thanks
