Hi Patricia...

Are you sure your Sister was born in West Palm Beach in 1988? Could it have been in Panama City, Florida in 1985? What are your Parents name?

My Daughter is Adopted & was born in Panama City, Florida in 1985... According to the Adoption Agency she had an older Brother & Sister...

I hope you find your Sister... Don't give up.. Your searches could be crossing paths...
