I am looking for anyone in Texas whose original birth certificate shows their name as Infant (boy/girl) of Hugh A. Parker. There should be a single birth, and a set of twins. The dates of birth are unknown, but would be either right before 1960 (my date of birth), or right after. Hugh Parker passed away in 1971.
These births would have most likely happened in the Houston area or possibly Brazoria County where Mr. Parker resided. I was adopted out through Homes of St. Marks so there is a possibility he made have utilized their services for these children as well. We also don't know if the twins were adopted together or separately. |
