My name is Keith Penrose , I was born on July 28, 1970 at Fort Sam Houston.
My birth mother was Gloria Perales
I have been told my last name may have been Brown. I cannot get any information from my birth mother.
I have a birth certificate that has only the man who adopted me listed as father Leon Russell Penrose.
I cannot attain a passport due to there being no "official record" of my birth and I don't know what my birth name was. Can anyone help? |
