Hello...My name is Rosetta Penson. I am trying to help my mother Stephanie find her biological parents or brother and/or sisters. My mom was born May 17,1957 at East Liverpool City Hostipal, in East Liverpool,OH. We attempt to get her birt certificate a couple years ago but n our home city of Youngstown, OH....however we was told to go to East Liverpool. Here where it get weird there is a copy of her birth certificate in East Liverpool but they made us go to Columbus,OH because there was a green card across her certificate in East Liverpool. However on this card it said Female Lyle...Can some please help us. she had a rough childhood. Even though she was adopt it wasn't a good place for her cause she was always reminded that she wasn't a blood part of the family after her adopt parents die. |
