Hi, when posting please put Fe. or M. mm/dd/yyyy city,state in the subject line.

Then here in the body, say if you signed up with the state registry. Got your birth name.

For family searching for an adoptee put ISO: (in search of) m. or fe. mm/dd/yyyy city, state or as much as you know.
