I was born in Boise, Idaho, December 27, 1971. I lived with a foster family until August 11, 1972, when I was adopted by Allen E. (Gene) and Christie (Chris) K. Donat who lived in Mountain Home, Idaho.
Until my adoption, I was known as Baby Girl Julie.
The DSHS (or Idaho's equivalent agency) case worker's name was Ray. . .(I'm not positive about his last name) Flannery? Cunnery?
I would like to find my birth family -- mother, father, and siblings. Finding my heritage is very important to me as well as knowing what medical conditions/issues exist for my biological family and thus for me as well.
