My name is Charla Joan I do not know what my name was when i was born or who my parents are or were. I was born 10/07/1960. That is about all I can really tell anyone, i was told I was born in Friendship Wisconsin which is in Adams county. I am Caucasian 5'1" tall and I am 54 yrs. old right now. I would really like to find family and or parents siblings just someone who could tell me about health issues, etc.
