Looking for my birth parents. I was born December 02, 1955 at Evanston Hospital, Evanston, Ill. I was adopted out of the Cradle, March 23, 1956. My birth mothers name is Margaret Ryan. She was 38 when she had me in 1955. She is from Louisiana. There is no identifying information on my birth certificate with regard to my birth father. I have my incomplete birth certificate from vital records in Illinois. The attorney was A. Jensen. I was told my birth father was a business man. The did not marry. I have been diagnosed with cancer, heart breaking so has my son, his is a rare form. I would love to know any information. |
