My husband was dating a girl name Debbie Jeffries in Dearborn MI 1969-1971? He was engaged to be married to his high school sweetheart back in WV. He went into the Airforce, but Debbie had called his mother and said she was pregnant early 1970. He went to Germany and upon returning home to WV he married and never heard from Debbie again. He had went to MI and worked at the GM motors and lived in his Aunts apartment house she ran in Dearborn MI., but was drafted for Vietnam. He thought Debbie had lied cause she wanted him to marry her. He did find out later Debbie died of a blood clot in lung in her early twenties. He also heard years later from his kin and friends that Debbie had a daughter, but put her up for adoption. Debbie was 16-18 years old. Roger was 20. His first wife passed away with cancer and he has remarried for the past 25 years. His wife had told him a girl called one time and she was looking for her dad. He drove a 1957 Black and White Ford was all she knew. He never heard anything else and had always wondered if he had a daughter somewhere. He's 65 now and would love to know if he really has a daughter out there somewhere, maybe grandkids. We did find out the child was taken to a home and placed for adoption 1970-1971 near Dearborn MI. He wants you to know he wants to be part of your life. He never knew for sure or he would have been there. We have 4 children and adopted another girl 10 years ago.
