My name is Emily Meoli and I have very little information. My brother and I are biological siblings and he was born August 19th 1993 and adopted by my parents David and Jeanette from New York. At my birth mothers 6 week check up she found out she was pregnant again (With me) and some how requested the agency place me with my brothers adopted family. I was born June 21st 1994. Stephen and I were born in West Palm Beach (I believe) and we were adopted through Chosen Children’s Adoption agency in Palm Beach County Florida. I found some papers in my attic about my adoption and I will post them below. I believe that Sherry Mayhew worked at the agency and had a huge part in my adoption. I also found a picture of my adoptive parents holding my brother and I with this man in a suit in a court room, I believe he was the attorney or something and in the back of the picture the judges name plate is there. I want to know if anyone could find my case file # or where and if chosen children adoption agency gave their records when they closed.
