I am a 47 year old female. I just found out that I was adopted and not sure how to search for information on my birth parents. I know I was born in Luzerne county. my dob is may of 1968. I don't think I was adopted as a baby. probably not until 1969 or 1970 if anybody could tell me how to start my search or where to start. any information will be appreciated.
