Searching for biological grandfather. White/Male living in or around Mount Union, PA in 1928, who fathered a male child out of wedlock with Rachel Ellen Moore (Baxter), date of birth 4/1905. Child was born Harold Eugene Moore on 4/29/29. Family lived on the "Terrace" near the American Viscose factory in Lewistown, PA. Child was later adopted by Andrew Baxter who married child's mother and child's surname was changed to Baxter around 1939. Biological father of child may have the surname of Wilson or Williams.
