Three main places to sign up!
1) Your respective state registry.
2) do an entry in this G's Database. (donate if you can)
3) Sign up on registry.adoption.com and check it , same with G's registry. Check it.
4) Sign up with isrr.org
if you can't print off the form, Send a self addressed stamped envelope to ISRR p.o.box 371179 Las Vegas, NV. 89137
