Looking for Francis Bobbs (born Feb 1909) in E. St. Louis, St. Clair, Illinois. He was adopted by Daniel Enright & Annie Stasha Enright in 1922 when he was 13 years old, and it was a Catholic closed record adoption at the E. St. Louis, St. Clair, Illinois court house.
I have been petitioning the court house judge over the last 40 years to open the adoption record, but without any success. Hope someone can help me.
