My grandmother was adopted from the White Shield Home Adoption, born on October 12, 1912, in Pierce County, Tacoma, Washington. We are looking for her birth certificate or any information about her biological family. She was adopted by Edward Gosser and Pearl Hanson Gosser when she was about 3 months old and was given the name Gladys Irene Gosser. She was never able to find any definite information in her life time, and now her daughters, and me her granddaughter, are hoping to find the answers she so longed to have. At one time she found some information that she wasn't sure if it was her or not, that had a birth date of October 15. But we don't know where that information is today.
