My mother Ilisa Ann Berks was born April 9 1956. She was adopted by Rita Berks and sonny Berks. I was told she was born in Cook County in Chicago Illinois. I found out back in 2001 that I have a blood disorder called Beta Thalassemia minor. My dad has been tested it did not come from him. I was wanted to know how to find out who my true Grandparents are because I don't know anything about them. I need to know about their medical history.
