Sorry - forgot to mention that I've done all of that too - AncestryDNA over a year ago, and loaded the results to FT, MyHeritage and GEdmatch too. Nothing closer than a 4th+ cousin. Too distant to be helpful, but does appear to validate the Latvian aspect. My BM's family for generations is all Scandinavian and there are pure Latvian matches with no apparent Scandinavian ancestry.
