I also did some research, seeking people named Russell Keith Bradley, from the Sacramento area ... and I found a Russell Keith Bradley from the suburb of Citrus Heights and who passed away in May 2005.

Russell was married to a woman named Charolene Joan Pratt, who has also passed away ... in February 1989.

But between the two, there are at least four children. I say between the two because Charolene was married previously to a man named Ronald Norwood Nelson, who passed away in 1985 and had two children with Charolene: Ronald Norwood Nelson Jr (1966-2014) and Terri Denice Nelson (1971-2004).
But Charolene and Russell had at least two children, both of whom appear to still be alive.
One of them, Dahnay Bradley Hardwick, has a family tree for the Bradleys. She lives in Tucson, Arizona.

Unfortunately, I was unable to find a Shannon listed. I did find a Shannon Bradley who previously lived in Citrus Heights and thus may be connected somehow.
(I say all of this knowing that there very well may be NO connection ... and so I would say that you could reach out to the family and ask.)
